Scarlet Rose reserves the right to change all or some of the contents or packaging to provide an item of equal or greater value without notice. All products are subject to availability.
Products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life. Roses in a box come fresh and untouched and will therefore not have been dethorned. If you require dethorning before despatch, please let us know.
In the unlikely event of your colour choice not being available we reserve the right to replace it with the closest available. In the case of wedding orders we would call 72 hrs before to allow you the opportunity to cancel the order.
Prices
Prices include VAT charged at 17.5%
Orders
For your order to be processed and delivered on the required date, you must supply us with all the relevant details of the recipient including full delivery details, postcode and telephone number.
Your order will only be processed if full payment details are given. We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. Visa Electron cards cannot be accepted online, although orders can be accepted using this type of card by calling our phone order hotline 01992 534405. Once we receive your order we will automatically send you an email confirming your order details, you will also be issued an order reference number for any future correspondence.
Delivery
Customers who request delivery in a remote rural area will be advised prior to delivery of any increased delivery charges.
We are not able to guarantee a time of delivery. Our orders arrive between 8am and 8pm. If nobody is present at the time of delivery our courier service is instructed to leave the package outside the entrance door to the property unless you have given us instructions to the contrary in your order. Customer Service
Our complaint procedure is available online by using the contact us link. It is easy to use and confidential. We aim to acknowledge all queries within three working days, and deal with complaints fully within five working days. Should you be in any way dissatisfied with our service, all complaints should be addressed to.

Cancellation Policy
The cancellation period in the case of contracts for the supply of goods begins with the day on which the contract is concluded. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day after the day on which the consumer receives the non-perishable goods.
The consumer is entitled to a cooling off period of 7 days during which they may cancel their order for any reason. They can do this by telephoning the office during working hours, but must speak to a customer representative to ensure the order is cancelled. The consumer can be asked to return the goods, but will not be charged for returning them. Where the customer exercises their right to cancel, we will return their money within 30 days of cancellation.
This is in line with the new European Directive on distance selling which is incorporated into UK law by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Refund policy
Your custom is very valuable to us. If you are not satisfied with our products or service we will make it right for you with a refund or replacement. You have the right to cancel withing seven days of your purchase, or seven days from receipt of the goods if that is longer. In addition, you can cancel your order and have your payment returned. Statutory Rights
Scarlet Rose are fully committed to providing you with the best possible floral delivery service. If you are not satisfied in anyway with the service that you have received please let us know and your complaint will be investigated. If we are satisfied that your complaint is genuine a replacement or refund will be given. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Disclaimer
Whilst we agree to use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Scarlet Rose Website and/or the Scarlet Rose Service is fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this. We therefore accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the Scarlet Rose Website and/or the Scarlet Rose Service. We shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control, (i.e.: acts of god, civil commotion, riot, flood, fire, drought) which renders the provision of the Scarlet Rose Site and/or the Scarlet Rose service impossible or impractical.
Privacy Policy
Scarlet Rose will never share your confidential personal information with anyone. In accordance with the Privacy & Electronic Communications Act passed into law 11th December 2003, we do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam). In addition, we conform with the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998.
For all our transactions, we employ reasonable and current Internet security methods and technologies. We password protect, use encryption techniques and may install firewalls where appropriate. While we strive to protect your personal information, no system can be guaranteed. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that you transmit to us. Once we receive your information, we use our best efforts to ensure its security on our systems. Our website does not use cookies.
